1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the qqee platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and qqee. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of qqee, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone accessing the platform through the qqee mobile app. Using qqee after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on qqee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on qqee or any affiliated platform.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active qqee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, qqee will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. qqee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, update your account profile promptly. qqee is not responsible for failed communications or payments resulting from outdated account information.

4 Deposits and Payments

qqee supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the payment methods most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your qqee account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment network. In most cases this happens within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• qqee does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. qqee does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or different payment methods without prior verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
• qqee may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• qqee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact support with your withdrawal reference. We will investigate and update you within a reasonable timeframe.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

qqee offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions below.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on qqee — including Fortune Mouse, Rummy, Keno Bonus Number, Win Drop, Golf, and Ice and Fire — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game on qqee, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

qqee uses a provably fair system for applicable games. This means the outcome of each round is determined by a combination of a server seed, a client seed, and a nonce. After each round, you can verify the result independently using the seed values shown in your game history. This system ensures that neither qqee nor any third party can manipulate game outcomes.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Results cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, qqee will resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state.
• qqee does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on qqee. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one qqee account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder money or use qqee for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqee staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the qqee platform or its underlying technology.

qqee monitors platform activity continuously. If prohibited conduct is detected, we will act without prior notice. Any funds associated with prohibited activity may be permanently withheld.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

qqee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your available balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are complete.

You may close your qqee account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules.

10 Responsible Gaming
